Bruleéd Cape Neddick Oyster, lemon zest aioli, dandelion greens, cracked peppercorns

 

2. 2001 Chardonnay

 Vanilla & Oak-infused butter-poached native Lobster, parsnip puree, caramelized onion

2000 Private Reserve Chardonnay

Sea salt-crusted Scallop, creamed Purple potato, roast corn

 

3. 1998 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Eberle Farms Rabbit loin ‘Stifado’ style, aromatic vegetables, pearl onions

 

4.1999 Reserve Zinfandel

Wood-grilled Dry-aged N.Y. Sirloin., Ladotiri cheese double-stuffed Yukon potato

 

5. 2000 Orpheus, Petit Syrah

Braised Lamb shank, turned ‘Pot Pie’, homemade crust, roast eggplant and onion

 

1997 Late Harvest Chardonnay

Flash-fried Apricot ice cream with Apricot ‘Loukoumades”, crème anglaise
